Made with oats, Shaklee’s Energizing Tea, lemon zest, ginger, and honey, these bites are perfect for a midday pick-me-up or a pre-workout boost. They’re not only delicious but also packed with nutrients to keep you going strong. 🌞

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
1 tbsp Shaklee Energizing Tea
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt

Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and shredded coconut (if using).

2. Melt the honey and almond butter in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat.

3. Add the Shaklee Energizing Tea, lemon zest, grated ginger, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the honey and almond butter mixture. Stir until well combined.

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Let the mixture cool slightly before adding mini chocolate chips and stirring them in.

5. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls Using a small cookie scoop or your hands.

6. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

7. Once set, transfer the energy bites to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
