When I started in Massage they showed us how to do an auto-massage on yourself because you don’t have always somebody to do it when you want to. This is one of the best experiences I had and believe me It is worth giving it a try.

First of all, It helps you to keep your body energized and more effective in your daily life. Also, you increase your natural collagen in your skin but in a natural way because as you all know this substance is decreasing with age and reduced by exposure to ultraviolet light.

The collagen is mostly found within the body in the skin, bone and connective tissues. The word itself ” collagen ” is derived from the Greek ” Kolla ” meaning glue.

It is the most abundant protein in the human body and is the substance that holds the whole body together. It is found in the bones, muscles, skin and tendons, where it provides strength and structure.

Although It is a natural process of ageing, you can have some control over it. Be careful with sunlight, smoking, and sugar intake. Those factors that you can control and give yourself a healthy massage as a gift. In addition, you may apply some of your favourite creams to nourish and clean your skin.

Factors that can influence your health in general.

Eat 3 times a day plus 2 healthy snacks, you may plan them on the weekend so you will know in advance what you will eat during your week. You can have veggies in a variety of colours, fruits and nuts for your snacks or some healthy leftovers.

Moreover, take enough protein which is the major component of the collagen. As a woman, you need to have nutrients that you require such as more iron If needed and calcium. Vitamin D and B and essential fatty acids are important to women’s health. In addition, you may take some supplements as well.

Another factor to consider is junk food and all processed foods which can harm you in many ways.

To conclude, drink alcohol with moderation because it contains empty calories, increases your triglycerides and cholesterol and It is acidic for people who have stomach problems.
